The Role

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, applications, forms, workflows, and scripts using ServiceNow development tools and techniques.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and applications using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
  • Perform unit testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues and incidents.
  • Document and maintain ServiceNow design specifications, configuration, and code.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices.
  • Work with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather and analyze requirements and develop them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Adhere to ServiceNow coding standards, security policies, and performance guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field from a recognized university in Singapore.
  • At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration in Singapore.
  • ServiceNow certification (such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or CIS-ITSM) is preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry in Singapore is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, modules, applications, and functionality.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages (such as JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and XML).
  • Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
  • Experience in ServiceNow reporting and analytics using performance analytics, dashboards, and reports.
  • Experience in ServiceNow custom application development using Service Portal, Service Catalog, ansd scoped applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
