Administrative Assistant
- Provide general office/administrative duties job, such as letters preparation, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc
- Assist in typing of delivery order, invoices and other documents
- Handle email & stock inventory
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel
- 5 day work week 8.30am – 5.30pm
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / NITEC / 'N' Levels & above.
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
- Fluent command of English and Mandarin (written & spoken) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
- Hands-on and able to multi-task and handle varied tasks
- Able to work independently
