Our client is a Fortune 500 MNC in the engineering industry. Singapore is the regional headquarters, they are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to be part of their talent acquisition team. This is a newly created headcount to support their growing hiring needs across the region. This is a 6 months renewable / convertible contract.

The role will report into the TA Lead based in Singapore. Working closely with the other members of the TA and extended HR functions to support engineering business unit, you will:
- Develop and implement effective in-house talent acquisition strategies in line with company's objectives and market best practices
- Establish strong employer branding for the organisation via communication to potential future employees during the recruitment process
- Manage all end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting the screening, sourcing, interview and offer management
- Partner effectively with internal stakeholders and external search agencies, job boards and/or other relevant organisations to support other channels of recruitment
skills and experience required
- Degree in any specialisation
- Minimum 3-5 years’ of in-house talent acquisition experience, preferably in hiring engineering positions
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Independent and self-motivated
- Collaborative and a team player
