Required to support the Planning & System team in the following:
Monitoring of Division’s programs in terms of quarterly KPI progress reports, adopting a risk-management approach & working closely with teams to highlight variances and to identify possible trends & root causes
Conducting checks on Division's grants management and its transitioning to ensure its accuracy and compliance to guidelines.
Compiling financial and grants reports
Liaison to the corporate divisions on matters pertaining to governance and risk-management
