- Business development, retain and grow existing customer base and develop new business for the region with the incorporation of marketing activities.
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets/goals.
- Convert prospects to generate sales /business for region growth.
- Maintain customer/prospect relationships via personal visits, email, phone correspondence, and other manners of contact such as professional organizations, social media sites etc.
- Ensure proper documentation like technical data and share right information with customers.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, R&D, and Regulatory organizations to successfully deliver business plan targets
- Monitor markets and competition by collecting various product, pricing and relevant information.
- Report progress, metrics and analyses to management on sales and other activities at regular intervals.
- Develop and maintain high level proficiency in navigating and using all company software.
- Plans /support/co-ordinates advertising and promotional activities, including print, online, electronic media and direct mail within sales territory.
- Attend and actively participate in all required meetings. Represent company at trade shows to promote product.
- Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and meet the deadlines.
- Other duties as required or needed by superior /management.
