Receptionist # Tampines

  • Customer Service – Front counter duties, such as attending to students, parents, walk-in customers, vendors, etc
  • Call Management – Make and answer telephone calls, record messages, direct calls and relay messages to relevant school personnel as necessary
  • Record keeping – Assist in data entry and compilation
  • Logistics – Assist with ad-hoc staff requests, such as preparation of school materials, facility booking, etc
  • Student Services – Collate student data, administer applications for financial assistance and other support schemes
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by the School.


Qualification:


  • At least N-level passes in English and Mathematics or relevant WSQ certificates
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
  • Ability to interact effectively with students, parents and stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Ability to handle basic issues independently
  • Good teamwork skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Relevant working experience in similar roles, preferably in a primary school
