Job Description & Requirements
· Support projects from pre-contract through to completion, ensuring that work is done within timeline and budget
· Ensure accurate measurement of quantities to assist in the preparation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and payments to subcontractors and suppliers
· Sourcing materials and send quotation inquiries to the vendors and subcontractors, comparison of quotes, review of prices, to ensure comply with tender requirements
Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
