Major Responsibilities
- Production on current menu items
- Maintain a high standard and quality
- Menu: Fruits Tart, Cheese Cake, Tiramius, Fruit Shortcake, Carrot Cake, Matcha Tart, Key Lime Tart, Early tea Tart, Puff pastry, Sponge cake
- Ensure that targetted prouuctino are met
- Ensure all preperations are in order
- Ensure to follow the team leader's instruction
Work Schedule
- 8am to 6pm ( Assigned by team leader )
Qualification
- At leaste 5 years of pastry & baking experienced
- Meet production target on a daily basis
- Able to upkeep food quality and safety
