Job Description

  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and all related matters.
  • Monitor and arrange for worker training (core trade and other courses/licenses) and all related matters
  • Handle insurance policy applications, renewals, cancellations, and all related matters.
  • Maintain and update the employee records.
  • Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
  • Assist in tracking, monitoring, and reporting project budgets and expenditures.
  • Any other administration, accounting and ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • GCE “O” level, Diploma or degree holder in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
  • Min. of 2 years of related experience, candidates with more experience are welcome to apply.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
