Job Description
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and all related matters.
- Monitor and arrange for worker training (core trade and other courses/licenses) and all related matters
- Handle insurance policy applications, renewals, cancellations, and all related matters.
- Maintain and update the employee records.
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Assist in tracking, monitoring, and reporting project budgets and expenditures.
- Any other administration, accounting and ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- GCE “O” level, Diploma or degree holder in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Min. of 2 years of related experience, candidates with more experience are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
