Position Overview: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will help grow our presence across hawker centers, restaurants, supermarkets, and other retail outlets in Singapore. You’ll be responsible for expanding our customer base, meeting sales targets, and supporting our mission to make Mr Popiah a household name.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in various retail channels, including supermarkets, online platforms, and B2B clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed of trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and handle any client inquiries or complaints.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s F&B landscape is a plus.
