Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Promotion: Drive the promotion and sales of the company’s product suite, ensuring strategic market positioning and revenue growth.
- Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with principals and strategic accounts, ensuring effective communication and business development.
- Product & Inventory Management: Manage appointed product lines, overseeing inventory levels and product availability to meet market demands.
- Marketing Program Development: Conceptualize and implement marketing programs for channel development and demand generation, aimed at boosting product visibility and engagement.
- Partner & Vendor Engagement: Engage with partners and vendors to build solid working relationships, fostering mutual growth and collaboration.
- Channel Development & Training: Lead the development of distribution channels and deliver training to ensure partners are equipped to achieve targets.
- Revenue & Profitability Goals: Collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue and profitability targets, contributing to the overall financial success of product lines.
- Business Reviews: Conduct quarterly business reviews with vendors, analyzing performance, identifying improvement areas, and setting future objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to align on strategy, share insights, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, distribution, or related roles.
- Proven track record of driving product sales and developing strong partner relationships.
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and inventory control.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing programs and demand generation strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking to guide decision-making.
- Results-driven, with the ability to meet revenue and profitability targets.
