Leading engineering firm specializing in innovative and sustainable solutions for complex projects across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project performance, manage operational KPIs, and coordinate with internal Project Managers.
- Prepare and present quarterly reports to stakeholders, detailing project status and results.
- Track, analyze, and forecast project costs and WIP for the team and management.
- Participate in budgeting, review forecasts vs. actuals monthly, and address any variances.
- Coordinate with external auditors for audits
- Provide insights into project WIP, collections, risks, opportunities, and cash flow.
- Recommend improvements for project management and reporting processes.
- Present financial updates and participate in project meetings to review cost and WIP status.
- Review and ensure accuracy of project payments and invoicing.
Requirements:
- Min ACCA or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Local construction contracts experience.
