Job Descriptions:

  • Assist manager in managing daily business operations, including market analysis, project management, and client communication, to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Handle and follow up on the manager's schedule, meeting preparations, travel arrangements, and document filing to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal departments and external partners, assisting in the progress of key projects and providing timely updates.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, presentation materials, and analysis reports to support business decision-making.
  • Assist in handling the manager's personal matters, such as arranging private schedules, managing bills, and providing necessary daily life support.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities by conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients, and supporting partnership initiatives.
  • Work closely with the manager to strategize and implement growth plans that align with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to provide strategic financial advice.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
