Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and engaging our clients.
  • Building up our customer base.
  • Assist with taking orders/bookings for our services.
  • Handling sales enquiries over the phone or via email.
  • Handle, process and manage quotations and invoicing.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Manage the customer service team.
  • Actively support operations in meeting client needs and requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of the clients.
  • Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth running of the business.

Requirements:

  • Only Singaporeans/PR need apply
  • Good command of English, Mandarin speaking is a bonus (as need to speak with Mandarin client speaking)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good leadership skills
  • Pleasant, enthusiastic and engaging
  • Polite and patient
  • PC literate, comfortable with MS Office
  • Good with the various social media platforms

Working hours:

  • 5 days + alternate Saturdays
  • Off on Sundays and Public Holidays
