We are looking for Sports Coaches for every Wednesdays & Fridays!!
Keen with working with students from 7 to 12 years old, teaching multi-sports (e.g Handball, Dodgeball, Captains Ball and much more!!)
1 Year contract: Jan 2025 - Dec 2025
Job Scope:
- Teaching values and character through sports
- Carry out fun activities and exercises for coordination, balance, agility, turning, jumping
- Maintain a professional image at all times and carry out lessons in a professional manner
- Engage, coach and inspire students to achieve their goals
- Be an approachable, positive role model with a fun, engaging approach and passion for coaching
- Demonstrate competency in various sports
- Assess students according to grading rubrics
- Exhibit classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and engage children
- Chaperones duties during camp
- Attend mandatory training for Insturctor
- Attend mandatory events such as Sports Camp (Day Camp)
Requirements:
- Valid MOE IRS Certificate
- Valid Standard First Aid Certificate
- Comfortable with travelling
- Any experience in coaching environment and/or in playing sports
- Able to commit every Wednesdays & Fridays - Other days availability
- Able to commit for 1 Year
Working Hours:
- 3.5 hours daily between 1:30pm - 6pm
Qualifications:
- Min Higher Nitec in Sports Management and/or Sports Coaching
- Higher Certificate in Sports
