Responsibilities:
· End-user support for computers, mobile devices, software &applications
· User Account Management (Create Account/Email, etc.)
· Installation, Maintenance and troubleshooting of workstations, laptops, and printers in a Windows-based environment.
· Support on Video and Audio Conferencing
· Maintenance of IT stocks and asset lists
· All vendors co-ordination and IT management services
· Any ad-hoc service request by Management
Requirements:
· Diploma in Information Technology or IT-related experience
· Preferred experience in a desktop support role
· Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10,11
· Experience with Server and Active Directory services will be an advantage.
· MS365 Azure Administrator
· Willing to learn and work as a team.
