We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Optometrist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional eye care services, including comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosis, and management of vision problems. You will be responsible for advising patients on appropriate corrective measures and working closely with our retail team to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations for customers to detect visual impairments, eye health problems, and prescribe corrective lenses.
- Provide expert advice on eye care products, including spectacles, contact lenses, and related accessories.
- Educate customers on proper care for their eyes and use of prescribed corrective lenses or treatments.
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the store and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide personalized advice to meet individual needs.
- Ensure compliance with professional regulations and guidelines from the Singapore Optometrists & Opticians Board (OOB).
- Maintain proper patient records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality are respected.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Optometrist.
- Must be fully registered with the Singapore Optometrists & Opticians Board (OOB).
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and patient care.
