Job Description:

  • Manage the hospital’s central storage, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and accurate inventory control.
  • Oversee hospital stock levels and ensure timely placement of orders.
  • Source and build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.
  • Optimize cost efficiency in the procurement process.
  • Develop and implement SOPs and systems for improved procurement and inventory management, with a focus on process monitoring and execution.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director and Accountant to manage inventory budgets within the hospital.
  • Ensure proper logging, storage, and accountability for all controlled substances.
  • Oversee the maintenance, tracking, and timely servicing or repair of all equipment and instruments.
  • Work with the Assistant Director to utilize Ezyvet for efficient inventory management.
  • Report directly to the Founders and Assistant Director on procurement and inventory-related matters.
  • Implement additional security measures for stock management and automate procurement processes.
  • Support the Assistant Director with billing procedures using Vet Radar.
  • Manage the implementation of automated billing through Vet Radar.

Requirements:

  • At least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management / Logistics Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Procurement/Inventory Management with preferably supervisory/managerial experience.
  • Analytical, financially & numerically astute with strong proven problem identification and solution abilities.
  • Good verbal & written communication ability, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Able to work independently, multi-task, and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in establishing e-procurement in an organization.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Singaporeans only.


Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm (might need one weekend depending on business needs)
