Responsibilities
- Directs and oversees the four business divisions:
1. Legal Compliance
2. Regular business activities.
3. Managing Risks.
4. Overview of Finances.
- Assist the management group in resolving operational concerns.
- Verifies compliance and efficacy of all company policies and procedures by reviewing and approving them.
- Assess the organizational structure of the company and offer suggestions to the managing director for ongoing enhancements to the productivity and efficacy of the organization.
- Promoting innovation, change, and ongoing development to support business prospects.
- To maintain profitability and competitiveness, implement and oversee yield control in every division.
- Assure adherence to corporate guidelines regarding bids and proposal costing.
- Manage the budget and staff to improve output within the organization and guarantee efficient succession planning.
- Provide leadership by informing and reassuring stakeholders of the company's strategic path.
- Review all departments every three months to make sure all goals are being reached.
- Work together with the Business Development team to establish a sales strategy that is effective, gaining an understanding of the factors that influence business and profit while making sure that it is in line with corporate goals.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders both inside and outside the company through attending up to events and meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within an SME or start-up environment.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
