- Responsible for the financial accounting of the Singapore company, preparing monthly financial statements, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Responsible for local banking tasks in Singapore, including opening bank accounts, cooperating with bank due diligence, maintaining and managing bank accounts to ensure their normal operation, and handling bank receipts and payments
- Responsible for basic tax work for the Singapore company, including the accrual and payment of Goods and Services Tax (GST), corporate income tax filing, and other related tasks
- Review business contracts, payment orders, and other documents related to the Singapore company
- Liaise with intermediaries responsible for preparing company registration and other documents, including annual inspection materials and other government documents
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of financial work experience
- Possess basic knowledge of Singapore tax, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) and corporate income tax
