Description:
- Manage infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services (Office 365, AWS), security systems (firewalls, IPS), and network services (DHCP, DNS).
- Provide Level 2+ support for IT infrastructure incidents, manage escalations, and ensure service restoration.
- Monitor and proactively resolve infrastructure issues, plan capacity expansions to prevent disruptions.
- Implement IT security measures to safeguard against viruses, malware, and unauthorized access.
- Lead infrastructure projects, including new deployments, upgrades, and service rollouts.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for infrastructure design and configurations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
- 5+ years of IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge in:Microsoft Windows Server, VMware
Cisco networking (routers, switches), Apple OS, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Google G Suite - Preferred certifications: ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Azure.
- Hands-on, team player with strong communication skills.
