Position: Engineer (Geotechnical)
Specialisation: Engineer-Civil/Construction/Structural
· Supervise the Geotechnical Monitoring/ Instrumentation work & Soil Investigation work
· Supervise, arrange and coordinate with main contractor & consultant for site inspection of bored piling work
· Monitor and ensure that progress of work is accordance with work schedules as well as the placement of material
· Geological (soil & rock) confirmation for required design depth of toe level
· Data collection & compilation of records
· Ensure the construction works to comply with all the relevant regulation and special specification.
· In charge of construction submission, approval and inspection procedures in Singapore.
· Responsible for shop drawing, as-built drawing.
· Site inspection, management and coordinate on site activities.
· Ensure safety & compliance of work on site.
· Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of the works.
· Help arrange the site work and schedule
· Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by management.
Requirements:
· Degree in Geotechnical Engineering / Civil Engineering
· Positive working attitude
· Minimum 2 - 5 years of geotechnical experience
· Good interpersonal and analytical skills
· Communication in English to clients and workers
· Experience in Bored Pilling will be an added advantage
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
