The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's evolving Ads business runs smoothly. The team works to set go-to-market strategy, and ensure execution and operations against the strategy. The Asia Pacific Business Strategy and Operations team provides business critical insights, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive tactical partnerships and new initiatives forward.
In this role, you will focus on aligning company priorities across business, regulation, and reputation with day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

Job responsibilities
- Drive complex, cross-functional projects with end-to-end ownership of select project initiatives, driving alignment and enabling decision making across multiple Google product areas to achieve sales and partnership goals.
- Provide critical analysis and data-driven recommendations to executive leaders on high-priority topics, identifying opportunities for growth and resolving operational inefficiencies.
- Provide day-to-day strategy and operations support to executive leaders, contributing to the overall business strategy and project scoping for APAC.
- Work with executive leadership (regional and country) to define, launch and drive initiatives.
- Solve complex problems with multiple potential solutions, applying a wide range of tools and approaches to develop optimal outcomes. Demonstrate the ability to resolve ambiguous situations with clear insights and actionable recommendations. Develop and demonstrate working knowledge of market, product, organizational, and cross-functional details, to contribute to initiatives and recommend improvements.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience setting strategy, leading work-streams, defining metrics, measuring results, and using data to point resources to priorities in the brand, reputation, and regulation space.
- Experience advising, partnering, and influencing C-Level executives.
- Ability to build relationships and drive alignment and progress in collaborating with cross-functional and cross-product area stakeholders across the region.
- Ability to manage programs.
- Excellent program management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
