Responsibilities:
- Crafting and implementing the company’s vision, mission, and overall direction.
- Making high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
- Managing the overall operations and resources of a company.
- Acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations.
- Providing direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.
- Evaluating the work of other executive leaders within the company.

- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
Education and/or Experience
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Business Management of relevant discipline.
- Extensive experience as a senior executive, including serving as a CEO, or COO.
- Proven track records of successfully leading and growing organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic direction and execute business plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationship with board members, investors, and other stakeholders.
