Our Client:

Our client is one of the Top Japanese companies in the Freight Transportation and Wholesales Trade industry. They are currently looking for a Sales Manager, fluency in Japanese language to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers

The Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
  • Manage and lead the sales to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Address customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to improve service delivery

Wholesale Operations:

  • Develop strategies to expand wholesale distribution channels
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with wholesale customers & suppliers
  • Manage relationships with wholesale clients & suppliers to ensure repeat business and loyalty
  • Monitor wholesale sales performance and address any issues that arise
  • Identify new market opportunities for wholesale products
  • Develop and implement plans to enter new markets such as E commerce

The Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Japanese language to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics
  • Experience in wholesale distribution and management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Excel software and MS Office
