Our Client:
Our client is one of the Top Japanese companies in the Freight Transportation and Wholesales Trade industry. They are currently looking for a Sales Manager, fluency in Japanese language to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
The Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
- Manage and lead the sales to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Address customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to improve service delivery
Wholesale Operations:
- Develop strategies to expand wholesale distribution channels
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with wholesale customers & suppliers
- Manage relationships with wholesale clients & suppliers to ensure repeat business and loyalty
- Monitor wholesale sales performance and address any issues that arise
- Identify new market opportunities for wholesale products
- Develop and implement plans to enter new markets such as E commerce
The Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Japanese language to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics
- Experience in wholesale distribution and management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Excel software and MS Office
