Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the customer care and overall sales support for the assigned markets
- Preparing quotations and control margins and controlling the sales performance
- Creation of sales related evaluations in accordance with the sales manager/analyze markets/check market trends
- Assisting the sales manager and the customers while implementing marketing instruments in consultation with the marketing department in the headquarters
- Support of the sales manager, general manager for upcoming business trip/join or individually travel to markets
- Backup for shipping logistic (eg. documentation).
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma with at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Proficient in SAP or Navision
- Proactive and independent
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
- Possess strong communication & coordination skills.
