Duties and Responsibilities:
- Involvement in the execution of both buy and sell side transactional business in the Singapore Capital markets business;
- Conduct financial modelling such as discounted cash flow analysis and feasibility studies, etc;
- Assist in preparation of proposals, marketing materials / information package on sell side transactions
- Assist with due diligence of relevant documents (review of legal documents, title, management contracts, etc.); Research and analyse real estate market fundamentals;
- Assist with pitch / marketing documents and any other duties that management may reasonably require.
- Involvement in advising, organising and managing collective sale exercises of condominiums, commercial, industrial and mixed-use strata-titled developments.
- Assist in handling and convincing collective sale owners to part-take in their estates’ collective sale exercises.
- Assist in the marketing and execution of land and collective sale development sites.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline such as business, finance and/or real estate;
- Must qualify/possess CEA registration as a Salesperson.
- Relevant 2-3 years’ experience in real estate for Senior Analyst position;
- Proven academic track record with strong performance in analytical and financial courses;
- Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail is essential;
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in English and a second language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) ;
