Position: Guest Relations Executive
Salary: $2800-$3200
Working Locations: Fort Canning/Chinatown/Clarke Quay
Job Duties:
- Warmly greet guests upon their arrival
- Manage and update customer records to improve future customer service experiences
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries about services and facilities
- Train staff members on customer service skills and company policies
- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide suggestions for improvements
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of service and product offered to the guests
- Review and respond to customer feedback and online reviews in a timely manner
- Organize and manage customer care programs and events to enhance brand image and customer loyalty
Job Requirements:
- Customer Relations Executive or similar experiences.
- F&B experiences before.
