A leading multinational investment bank is looking for a Support Specialist.
What you will be doing
- Tasked in overseeing and reviewing maintenance requests across the five production domains each month.
- Design/develop datacenter, component and service specific deployment script templates and maintain the overall library of deployment plans.
- Design/develop deployment strategies and partner with Application Delivery for coding and implementation on the Bank approved tools.
- Act as an escalation contact in the event frontline teams are unable to perform a critical traffic management action to alleviate a production incident.
Responsible for generating change progress reports and escalations as needed to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess
- Key experience in change management within Banking.
- Prior knowledge and exposure in Consumer Banking routing mechanisms.
- Strong team supervision and stakeholder management skills.
