Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development, implementation and effectiveness of the Health & Safety policy, Safety procedures and practices in relation to Company premises, carrying out regular audits and monitoring activities Organization-wide
- Responsible for the provision and dissemination of Health & Safety, advice on information include current safety legislation to the stakeholders
- Ensure that regular health, safety and housekeeping inspections are carried out, regularly and it is conformity with regulations and Company policies
- Advising on possible hazards when considering the introduction of new machinery, new materials, new processes, or changes in existing ones
- Ensure that all necessary risk assessments required by legislation are carried out
- Oversee and review all accident investigations and preparing statistics to assist in monitoring health and safety performance
- Manage and execute WSH programme initiatives
- Lead and coach site safety team to facilitate continual improvement of quality of safety team
- Attend Client/Consultant Meeting in regular basis
Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid WSHO & ECO registration with MOM & NEA respectively.
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience working as HSE Manager
- Substantial understanding and knowledge of local regulation, Singapore Standards and Code of Practices especially related to QHSE
- Preferably trained as lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and as safety auditor
- Meticulous, analytical, systematic and able to relate to all levels
- Must be physically fit to conduct site inspection
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
