Job Responsibilities
- Sales Growth & Customer Acquisition: Support the growth of Residential and Small Commercial segments by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones through effective sales and customer engagement.
- Multi-Channel Sales Coordination: Coordinate and sell Residential and Small Commercial solutions across various channels, including hotline, online platforms, and in-person interactions, adapting to each customer's needs.
- Account Servicing Support: Provide support to the account servicing team during peak periods, assisting with customer inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
- Digital & New Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement digital sales initiatives, keeping up with technological advancements and evolving market demands.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or Degree in a related field is advantageous, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer care within relevant industries is preferred.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM, ERP, or similar enterprise software is a plus. - Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and correspond effectively with stakeholders.
