1. Academic Leadership

2. Program Management
o Coordinate day-to-day operations of music programs
o Manage resources and budget effectively
o Plan and organize student performances and events

3. Faculty Development

What Youll Bring:
Essential Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor degree in Music or Music Education (Master
preferred)
Proven experience in music education and program management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
Experience with contemporary music education practices
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
