Job Description
- Responsible for the academic development ensure quality of teaching and teaching staff properly adopt the curriculum framework
- Customize curriculum, assessment to develop new and innovative educational programme and teaching methodology
- Conduct reviews and evaluate curriculum make recommendations for improvement
- Conduct workforce planning and identify manpower capability needs
- To create a high performance energy learning atmosphere at the center by leading motivate teaching team
- Collaborate with training team to participate in classroom observation and provide coaching to teaching team to enhance teaching standards
- Collaborate with Admin team on schedule of the staff, provide resources for classes and covering for staff absences
Requirements
- Degree or Master Degree in Education/ Science or relevant educational fields
- 5 years of leadership experience and prior experience in 5 years of teaching fields
- Supervisory experience required
- Good understanding of educational sector
- Ability to inspire and motivate your team
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Must be bilingual able to communicate in English, Mandarin
