Vivita Singapore, a part of the Citysprouts family, is a social enterprise that empowers children with the skills to create the future. A part of the global community that is in 7 other countries, Vivita runs creativity studios where children can pursue their creative passions and turn their ideas to life.

Brief Description:

Vivita Singapore operates Vivistop Kampong Eunos, the only children and youth-centric community makerspace in Singapore. We partner with schools and community organizations to conduct programs that empower children with creative skills and mindsets. Additionally, we work with people across all ages, fostering the joy of making and creative confidence.

Job Description:

  • Conduct engaging programs for students, educators and the general public. Programs range from workshops to multi-session programs.
  • Oversee planning and execution of on-site and off-site activations, such as events, open days and fairs.
  • Tasks will include but not limited to scheduling, logistical support, liaison and relationship management with clients, vendors and stakeholders.
  • Programs range from short workshops to multi-session programs.
  • Plan and develop new makers, designs, and creative programs for children, schools, and corporations.
  • Facilitate and mentor children and youth in their projects and initiatives.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.


Requirement (if any):

  • Experience with creative and maker skills such as 3D printing, laser cutting, robotics, coding, electronics, digital design, fashion, upcycling crafts, etc.
  • Comfortable and outgoing with great interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, a client-centric mind with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong track record and experience in working with groups of people in the community setting and not afraid to go hands-on.
  • Good working knowledge of and experience with developing and implementing procedures and systems.
  • Able to adapt to situations quickly.
  • Open to working on day(s) that fall on weekends if required.
  • Able to start work in short notice will be preferred.
