Job Description
- Lead and develop a team of teachers ensure high standards of teaching and learning
- Oversee the curriculum development of a comprehensive, high-quality, and cost-effective digital curriculum program, ensuring its alignment with industry standards and educational best practices.
- Work closely with the management team provide strategic curriculum framework and thorough regular reviews across all curriculum department
- Update and evolve needs on syllabus changes, emerging trends to ensure its relevance and effectiveness
- Role model for subject team to foster a professional educator development and maintain professional presence for the company
- Provide feedback and support to subject team on regular performance review and facilitate their professional growth
Job requirements:
- Bachelors or Master Degree in Education or related fields
- Minimum 5 years in leading a team of teachers in relevant subject curriculum
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in relevant subject
- Has strong subject-content teaching and able to develop curriculum support relevant academic for teaching
- Excellent leadership skills
- Have a positive mindset towards picking up new skills and knowledge
- Must be bilingual able to communicate in English, Mandarin
