Assist theManager to identify and assess risks arising from the workplace.
Identify unsafe acts or practice and promptly correct any unsafe condition or practice.
Conduct periodic WSH cross inspection for all sites and enforce compliance on prevailing MOM Safety Acts and Regulations.
Ensure all documentation / permits / related to workplace safety, health and environmental control required by authorities and management are kept in order and updated.
To prepare and review risk assessments to identify hazards and risks as well as propose reasonably practicable measures to eliminate or reduce the risks to as low as reasonably practicable.
Organize and conduct safety training programs for employees at all levels.
Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine causes, recommend preventive measures, and prepare detailed incident reports for management
Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management
