We are currently looking for a Production/Operations Support Engineer – Hybrid Support to join us on a contract role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.
Key Attributes/Responsibilities
· Respond to unusual production situations and emergencies, such as process outages, critical alarms, or equipment failures.
· Diagnose problems and take immediate corrective actions or carry out manual interventions alongside the Manufacturing supervisor or delegate to restore normal operations and prevent safety or quality incidents.
· Collaborate with the production team to ensure stable production processes and effective operations.
· Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement optimization strategies.
· Assist Standard Users with system-related questions and issues – PCS7 Systems.
· Provide support to manufacturing operations outside regular office hours, addressing urgent requests and ensuring timely issue resolution.
· Be prepared to work on holidays and overtime as necessary, and adjust your schedule to meet production demands.
· Participate in manual intervention remediation projects, identifying, implementing, and executing tests for changes made to the system.
· Adhere to applicable EHS requirements and maintain a commitment to fair and respectful interactions with others.
We are currently looking for candidates in Singapore. The candidate will be required to support during the weekends.
