- Must have at least 9 years to 12 years of PEGA development and implementation experience
- Must have PEGA Certification
- Must have good client management background
- Must have good communication & coordination skills
- Must have good knowledge in waterfall & Agile lifecycle;
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
