JOB REQUIREMENTS
Lux & Beyond is looking for a well-rounded, self-motivated individual to join our sales team. As a sales team member, your will play an important role as the key point of contact with our customers. Your ultimate goal will be to convert as many customers as possible through effective communication, understanding our customer's needs and customising the right products for them.
- No minimum experience is required. Keen interest in the luxury interior furnishing industry is a must.
- Our ideal candidate is well-groomed, with strong communication skills and good work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English. Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs.
- Please provide two direct reporting references from your previous work / study experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Professional service to walk-in customers and assisting customers with product information, selection and purchase.
- Take charge of merchandising and styling of the showroom to create impactful displays.
- Assist in handling online and call-in enquiries.
- Assist in the management of social media marketing.
- Maintain general cleanliness and luxury ambience in the showroom.
Position: Full Time
Salary: SGD2,000 to SGD3,000 per month
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay, performance bonus
Working Hours: 11am to 7pm
