Responsibilities
- Collaborate to identify/address operations needs for facilities.
- Liaison between Client and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement best practices and optimise efficiency.
- Review/follow through on standards, procedures and protocols to ensure inspection and audits are in compliance.
- Take ownership of the financial budgeting process for facility operations, working closely with finance teams to develop and manage budgets effectively.
- Implement strategies to proactively reduce client complaints related to facility operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in electrical / mechanical engineering or a related field. Otherwise candidates with less formal qualification should demonstrate comparable years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in facilities management, operations, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of facilities operations, maintenance best practices, and industry standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with customer focus approach.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
