As an admin support, you will play a key role in supporting the director in maintaining diaries, arranging appointments and screening incoming calls. You will be greeting and receiving all visitors, managing mails, office supplies (such as stationery, equipments), keying in time sheets and any other ad-hoc duties.
As a project secretary, you will play an important role in supporting the project teams in project administration which includes but not limited to correspondence, filing, scheduling of meetings, preparation of payment certificates, etc.
