Job Description
- Interpret contract specifications, architectural standards, and designs for construction
- Organise and lead meetings for design and construction; monitor and manage budgets; write reports; and carry out additional administrative duties associated with the projects that are allocated
- Oversee architectural planning, consulting coordination, and document control, including tracking sample submissions and drawing approval status
- Coordinate, organise and prepare construction and architectural documents and drawings
- Oversee architectural projects, communicate with clients and subcontractors regarding architectural issues, and guarantee the highest levels of architectural workmanship
- Provide the architectural designers with technical guidance on building requirements
- Organize and/or participate in subcontractor and consultant meetings
Requirements
- Min diploma in engineering
- Min 3 years of construction experience
