Select Group is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team. This candidate will support the business development and enhance the competiveness of our cloud kitchen concept with leasing and on-boarding of tenants at the respective sites.
You will play an important role in supporting the planning, management of lease spaces, tenant relationship and operations management, service performance analysis, as well as execution of operational improvement initiatives spanning across the respective cloud kitchens.
Responsibilities:
· Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix for our cloud kitchen
· Ensure timeliness in securing renewals and new leases to maintain the cloud kitchen’s occupancy at budgeted levels
· Evaluate the prospective tenant’s proposal to make recommendations to approving parties for acceptance
· Negotiate and finalize rental and relevant Terms & Conditions with potential tenants
· Prepare and complete relevant leasing documentation and paperwork
· Ensure tenants adhere to the lease terms.
· Establish and maintain good landlord and tenant relationships
· Work closely with other departments (e.g. marketing, strategy) to support the business growth of our cloud kitchens
· Conduct site feasibility studies to support the expansion plan of our other brand portfolios
· Support franchise liaison with our prospective franchisees
Skills / Qualifications:
· Diploma / Degree in Business or other relevant courses
· Minimum 1 – 2 years of leasing experience would have an added advantage.
· Graduates with a passion in F&B/Business Development may be considered.
· Good sales analysis skills or numerical competency will be an added advantage
· A good team player, results oriented, creative and resourceful with a strong eye for details and able to work independently and multi-task in a challenging environment
· Good negotiation skills with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
