Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Daily sales and collection for Retail store, consignment and E-commerce platform
- Ensure all consignment sales report are receive / all sales are billed timely
- Preparing of sales / inventory reports
- Updating and monitor of sales & cost pricing
- Order Entry / Invoicing / good receiving & Purchase order etc
- Stock count / adjustment and reports
- Assist in closing of accounts monthly & yearly
- Any other tasks assigned by the Company
Requirement
- Higher Secondary/'A' Level/Nitec or Accounts related certificate
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures and accounting software is an added advantage
- Must be computer literate
