Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire F&B daily operations (Food Retail & Manufacturing) of the business unit or organization.
- Manage and oversee new openings/logistics in Singapore and Overseas shipment (Pre-opening checklist, POS Set up, Telephone lines/ Pest Control, Ordering of Utensils, Liaise with contractors/ Suppliers, relevant authorities/ agencies, Licensees, etc).
- Develop and execute effective operational and business strategies, branding, restaurants concepts, high standard of food quality and safety, customer service, and good hospitality
- Work closely with relevant internal parties and across Business units and functional teams in developing and implementing appropriate strategies and plans to increase revenue and continuously monitor market and industry player’s to stay relevant and competitive
- Control purchases and inventory by meeting with vendors and suppliers – negotiating price and contracts, develop preferred supplier lists.
- Consistently review products delivered to ensure KPI are met and take up any shortcoming with the supplier.
- Meets restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures through best monitoring methods.
- Conduct routine audit checks and prepare quality analysis reports and troubleshoot food safety and quality-related problems or complaints.
- Lead, manage and coach teams to achieve targets and ensure team growth and development.
- Review and evaluate current business model, operation flow, and manpower and put up recommendations to achieve business productivity and the company’s goals
- Exploring market opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma/ Degree in relevant 6 years’ and above working experiences in food industries
- Strong commercial sense, leadership, and entrepreneur mind-set with sound analytical and numerical skills
- Committed, willing to work hard, good people management and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong team spirit
- Ability to work within tight timelines, be responsive to Company matters and attend to Company matters and attend to work with speed and quality.
