As an HR Program Executive, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of HR programs that foster employee growth, performance, and engagement. This pivotal role requires close collaboration with the HR Manager and various departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. As a highly communicative professional, you will demonstrate exceptional relationship management skills across all levels of the organization. You will take initiative in organizing and executing tasks, embodying a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude, which are crucial to achieving success in this role.

Your responsibilities as a HR Program Executive are

  • Develop and manage programs aimed at employee development, such as training, wellness, and engagement initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and include metrics to measure their success.
  • Designing, developing, deploying, and measuring learning solutions.
  • Implement wellness programs that promote physical and mental health.
  • Facilitate internal job postings, career development workshops, and mentorship programs to encourage employee growth and retention.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement by working with teams to provide a motivating work environment, encourage a growth mindset, and enhance resilience.
  • Use data to review programs, prioritize areas of development, and optimize program delivery methods.

Your qualities
You can make your mark as an HR Program Executive if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
  • Additional qualification in the field of Organizational Development, Psychology, or any related field would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge/experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, initiating Onboarding/Offboarding program would be an additional advantage.
  • Three or more years of experience in HR program management, Learning & Development or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Committed to promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
