Rigging & Marine Services Pte Ltd, “RMS” was established in 1992, serving both the marine and O&G sectors. Presently, RMS has acquired a formidable amount of experience and skillset as well as an excellent reputation in the field of load testing and marine services. With a commitment to quality and a focus on delivering tailored solutions, we are looking for a passionate and responsible Indoor Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team!
Candidates are expected to:
- Handle and reply to customer enquiries via telephone, fax, email and social media platform(s)
- Prepare verbal and/or written quotation(s) on sales
- Follow up on all quotation(s) by making outbound calls and emails to customers to ensure the completion of the sales cycle
- Understand customers’ needs and provide additional information to identify additional sales opportunities
- Establish good rapport with existing and new customers
- Update sales and management team on customer feedback and order information
- Process sales order, liaise and coordinate with vendors, operations, logistics, and technical workshop departments for efficient and timely delivery
- Update inventory stock records and file sales-related documents
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
A successful candidate will possess:
- At least GCE "O"/"N" Level and above qualifications
- 2 years of sales-related experience, preferably in a marine industry
- Customer oriented characteristics with a positive persona
- Can-do attitude and a resilient spirit
- Willingness to put in individual effort to achieve a team-oriented outcome
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5:15pm
- Alternate-Saturdays: 8.00am to 12.00pm (work-from-home arrangement)
