- Examine and review project resource quantity requirements and costs prepared by the Sales team.
- Support Sales team in sales documentation from quotation to material buy to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with Sales team to ensure timely material buy for projects.
- Assist Sales team in timely and accurate invoicing and bill collection, coordinating with Finance team as needed.
- Monitor costing to ensure profitability and cost efficiency in projects and business operations.
- Perform project performance analysis including budget vs cost and schedule.
- Manage licence and memberships that are essential to support Sales operations.
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows, propose innovative solutions, and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
- Perform any other duties directed by management to support business operation.
