Set up as a company doing conservation and building maintenance in 2002, Aegis Building & Engineering Pte Ltd has expanded our services to conservation, preventive maintenance and repairs for buildings and supply of quality and skilled tradesmen for clients comprising hotels, commercial and industrial buildings. We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Executive to effectively manage our HR functions. We are seeking a professional who can take ownership of the role and is self-motivated.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Perform daily preparation of a full set of accounts (AR/GL), including generating and posting sales and supplier invoices in the accounting system, performing reconciliation and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports eg. GST, CPF, IR8A, etc, on a timely basis.
• Responsible for accounts receivable/payable and PO functions.
• Monitor and analyse project costing and variance.
• Manage and monitor cash flow and credit control.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties eg. auditors, tax agents, and government agencies, where required, on finance-related issues.
• Handle the full spectrum of payroll functions ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
• Verify and process employees' claims.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
