Responsibilities:
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for the APAC business and to submit monthly performance results.
- Analyzing of sales & costs, capital efficiency (Return on Invested Capital) including inventory & fixed asset.
- Identify causes of variances and report the results to the supervisor and management.
- Periodic reporting to HQ for the performance of subsidiaries in ASEAN
- Compute and derive the value of investment using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method.
- Perform cash flow planning, and train the subordinates.
- Respond to external auditors, banks, tax agent.
- Knowledge of SOX will be an added value.
- Manage transfer pricing arrangements.
- Work with cross functional operations to champion process improvement initiatives.
- Lead, motivate and develop the finance team.
Requirements:
- Degree in finance/accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in management accounting principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to write in japanese to report to Japan HQ
